Our profit sharing program was designed to reward Keller Williams Agents and Staff with risk free passive income for their efforts in building the World's Most Innovative Real Estate Company. Unexpectedly, the result was the most significant compensation innovation in real estate history: an open-end profit sharing program. 

• At Keller Williams, the profit that is shared with our associates is from the owner's profit; it does not come from the agent commissions.

You can receive monthly profit sharing checks almost immediately-and once you are with Keller Williams for over 3 years, you become vested. Once vested, even after you leave Keller Williams, you can continue to receive monthly profit sharing checks and add to your passive income by continuing to encourage others to join Keller Williams. Your profit sharing tree includes not only the people you brought to Keller Williams: but also those others who were recruited by them, and so on, and so on-with roots seven levels deep. And should you die your legacy can be the profit sharing checks that can continue for your heirs as long as those associates in your profitsharing tree continue to generate profit. Even if you take a break, retire or even die, the profit sharing checks can continue to stream in. In this way you can create wealth through a passive income stream long after you leave the real estate business-because your future matters!
