Eagentc’s mission is to protect and develop our associates’ fiduciary position in the electronic world. In December 1999, Keller Williams® associates voted to create and fund an agent-focused technology group called Eagentc — The Electronic Agent Consortium. 

The challenge of Eagentc is to provide relevant technology research, training and consulting for Keller Williams® associates and to advance our associates’ industry leading position through targeted Internet tool development. Eagentc provides tools that save agents thousands of dollars in systems development, software programming and graphic design. It has equipped Keller Williams® associates with a number of cutting-edge technology solutions including Agent Web sites, an online business management portal, free e-mail, and WebKits for agents seeking a custom web presence. 


Eagentc is a prime example of Keller Williams® commitment to maintaining a culture built by its agents and for its agents.

KW.com is a consumer site that provides accurate information on the ten steps for buying and selling real estate. It assists the consumer in locating a professional real estate agent. It consistently carries the message that using a real estate agent saves the consumer time, money, and risk. It is not designed to capture consumers then sell them back to our agents for a referral fee.

Eagentc.com provides a fiduciary service to KW agents and brokers with the best of consumer research. This site is the result of KW championing the real estate agents' e-future as well as protecting and developing their fiduciary position. Go to this site and see that there are ample opportunities to develop your business and learn.

HomesbyAuction.com is a powerful Internet-based sales tool that agents use in their local market as a competitive advantage and an additional service to their sellers and buyers.

Agent Web Site Templates is a selection of pre-designed, attractive, content-rich web site designs that agents can choose from and tailor to their own customer base.

Keller Williams Intranet and Resource Center is a weekly newsletter and dynamic Intranet site that is maintained by the KW Business Technology Group to keep KW associates up-to-date on the latest technological advances and Internet tools.

Technology Training is available via classroom or computer-based training.

Customer Support is a feedback mechanism that agents can use to provide feedback to Keller Williams International via email. This input is used for reinvention and improvements.

Weekly Technology Newsletter and Updates is a weekly source of information pertaining to technology; it is sent directly to all KW agents via email. (Past issues can be viewed through the Intranet Resource Center.) A very useful column is "Kato's Corner" as it is written from the agent's point of view and covers a wide range or technology topics.
