Keller Williams® University And Our Curriculum.
-
·KWU was developed around a learning-based belief system. A learning-based belief system is based on the theory that an individual is learning-based when he/she has made the decision to use effective learning as the foundation for their action plan to develop his/her life. This is not knowledge for the sake of knowledge, it is knowing for the sake of doing.
-
Learning based individuals are able to achieve inner enlightenment and outer production, both of which end in high self-actualization. At KW, our education and training programs provide our associates with a learning-based environment where they are encouraged to develop a learning plan that incorporates the steps to self-mastery.
